Another well deserving award for a project we worked on, given to Sirona Urban for Walyalup Koort. A fantastic result for a fantastic project!
"WA | Walyalup Koort | Sirona Urban
Designed as the bustling civic heart of Fremantle, Walyalup Koort marked the revitalisation of the once declining City Centre. With a focus on providing considered public amenity within Walyalup Civic Centre and an engaging retail experience in FOMO, the project saw considerable support by the community and emerged a success.
At work.shop.dine, we assisted Sirona Urban on the delivery of this fantastic precinct, through our Retail Design Management (RDM) and Tenancy Delivery Management (TDM), as well as precinct planning, and designing of 13 of the tenancies throughout the precinct. Always fantastic to be involved in a project from conception through to completion, and we hugely value our ongoing relationship with Sirona & the facilities management team at CBRE. Well done to all!
