The Herdsman’s owners, Mark and Anthony, came to work.shop.dine with a vision to turn their newly acquired business into the premier fresh food precinct it is today. 

 

We were engaged not only in PRECINCT PLANNING, which played the pivotal part in creating a cohesive market ambience across the individual vendors, but also in individual RETAIL DESIGN of those vendors. Across 12 months we worked on the vision for the Market and within each of the licensees spaces.

 

Spotlighting food theatre, this precinct makes the everyday grocery shop an experiential journey through open butchery counters, bakery benchtops, fishmongers and flower market where you can meet the maker.
